Lyle Denniston, the unofficial dean of the Supreme Court press corps (he began covering the court in 1958), presents the third of three Fall 2016 lectures at UB. The third lecture in the "Citizenship & Freedom: The Supreme Court and American Politics" series is titled "Picking the Justices: A System in Disgrace."

Panels will focus on framing the issues, as well as on pretrial data, evidence-based reforms and potential solutions.

On November 29, 2016, join the one-day global movement dedicated to giving back and participate in Giving Tuesday by making a gift to UB.
For every gift UB receives on Giving Tuesday, we'll put a shiny colored bow on the beloved Edgar Allan Poe statue that sits on Gordon Plaza to show just how generous the UB community can be. Your gift will benefit Langsdale Library or the UB college or school of your choice; these funds often make it possible for students to participate in conferences, competitions and other experiential opportunities.
